It was alright.
It did not fit as expected so I ended up unraveling it and redoing the whole thing. MFT has a video showing how to braid it and all you need it some parachute cord that I could have bought locally. I think MFT also figured that out because they have stopped selling this item on their website and now offer a DYI video.
Would recommend: Yes
Lightweight way to complete the triangle
I was concerned, or confident, that I was going to do a poor job of installing this accessory and make the stock look like garbage but it was fairly easy, following the thorough instructions that were included in the package. In addition to the weight, part of the appeal of the stock is the appearance. Kinda hated to add the third line.
