threads stripped

by DBailey, from FL, United States Written on February 27, 2020
This felt like a nice mount and I really liked it because of the price but as I was tightening one of the nuts down (with only pliers) it somehow stripped the threads and now the whole mount is useless.

Did not hold zero

by Austin, from IN, United States Written on January 2, 2020
First look at of the box it looks very well built for the price. I put this on my AR 350 Legend and it went on as it should. I shot about 10 times getting it zeroed in with 145G winchester shot another 10-15 just playing around and it would almost shoot hole for hole no issues. Then i switched to 170g hornady shot 5 times and the scope moved back about 1" in the rings. Re torqued the mount and re zeroed with the 145s and it was back to shooting awesome again. switch back to the hornady 170s and shot 3 shots and each time the bullet went 3" higher each shot. thought it was a ammo issue so didnt re zero just threw the 145s back in it and it hit the same spot the last 170g hornady hit. So that tells me the mount would not hold the heavy grain bullet since it would cause more recoil. I really wanted this mount to work for the price it was at. I have sent it back and upgraded to the Burris mount. I had it mounted to a Vortex 4x12-50
