Good knife, great value - Morakniv Basic 511 Fixed Blade Green Fixed Blade Knife

The Mora Basic 511 is a really good knife, and the price makes it a great knife. For hard core bushcraft enthusiasts, there are better options in the Mora line, as well as other manufacturers. This knife is a really good cutter and will tackle some light bushcraft tasks, but it excels as a hunting, fishing, and camp knife. It also does very well in the kitchen. Keep in mind that carbon steel requires a little TLC. No biggie, but handwash, immediately dry, and periodically apply a little mineral oil. I keep a small bottle of mineral oil in my pack and use it anytime I'm out and about and wash my knife. You can force a patina on the blade to help protect it.
