Most Helpful Positive Review Made from government rejected tubes
A lot of people get wow'd by the marketing the Night Enforcer line gets, but the truth is the Night Enforcer's specs aren't nearly as impressive as a tube you could get from a specialized and competent night vision retailer. DOD quality to non DOD is illegal

by Legacy Reviewer, from VA, United States Written on May 3, 2014
I see reviews saying these are DOD rejects. Well, get over it. You cant own DOD Warfighter grade NV. Its called, you're not a soldier and cant have the best NV. Our allies cant even have ITT tubes. EXELIS still owns the night.

Talon, was yours a discounted "blemish" unit?

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on September 16, 2010
It would have been helpful if you had stated if the device you purchased was a discounted unit that did not meet the DoD specifications. Units that do not meet the standards set by the mfg or the customer are routinely sold at significantly lower prices. Every intensifier tube is unique and very expensive to produce. Your comments seem to suggest that you purchased one of these "blemish"unit. Is this the case? I am considering purchasing one of these and would love to know.
