There are parts for the gas system that should been installed at the factory, are missing. I can't find these parts then pay a gunsmith to install them

First one sent was defective. Missing rear sight and gas block. Awaiting replacement may just be a fluke. But overall finish of barrel was also lacking more likely a mossberg issue and not an optics planet issue.

I have a Mossberg 930 SPX with the 18.5 inch barrel. It’s set up as a defensive shotgun. I decided to get more use out of the shotgun and purchased a turkey barrel for hunting turkeys. I bought a barrel and could not get it to fit. The spring inside the collar that fits over the magazine tube was too tight. I returned the barrel to OpticsPlanet and they promptly sent me a replacement. Again the spring in the collar wouldn't fit over the magazine tube. This time I took it to my gunsmith. He noted that the spring was not seated in the collar very well. Some coils were bunched up. He loosened the retainer that is treaded on the on the collar about halfway to ease tension on the spring. He inserted a wooden dowel and manipulated the spring. After a few attempts the barrel fit! He retighten the treaded retainer and we took the barrel off and on a few times to check the fit. I range tested the gun by shooting 50 rounds of 71/2 shot 23/4 inch trap loads. They cycled perfectly through the gun. Success!
