Great strong and lightweight shooting stick

by Cliff, from MI, United States Written on November 2, 2022
Many times have used full size shooting sticks hunting worldwide including Africa, South America, North America and Asia. That works great if a guide is carrying them as they get heavy when hiking or tracking all day long. But when out hunting alone or in a stand, this small telescoping lightweight shooting stick works great! Very strong and will not collapse unless you want it to. Many smaller shooting sticks only extend to 34 or 36 inches, but this one extends to about 60 inches, so can be used sitting, standing or even with it on a hillside with so much adjustment available. The V end for shooting can be removed and has a screw to fit cameras and video to use as a monopod support.
This is a shooting stick, and not a walking/climbing stick, so would not rely on putting your entire weight on it in rugged mountain terrain. Will need a more robust mountain hiking stick if want for that purpose.
Best Used for:
  • hunting stick or camera or video monopod support

mossy oak shooting stick

by slow motion, from IN, United States Written on December 1, 2014
the stick does not push into the ground without the sections telescoping in. its is hard to adjust to correct shooting heigth. I would not recommend purchasing one. but you get what you pay for. I think someone would be better off with a tripod shooting stick.
