The item was received in damaged condition. I sent it back and they sent out a replacement, which was damaged as well. I super-glued the broken end back on and it seems to be working. There seems to be a flaw in the manufacturing process when the tip is melted on to hold the metal collar that holds the fuse in place. The manufacturer is doing Motorola a disservice by making parts that break inside the packaging material. Motorola needs to be made aware of this flaw.
