If you can cope with the cultural appropriation, then this is not awful. The reason this gets only a mediocre 3-star rating is because it’s more like American-style Pad Thai leftovers that have been microwaved. I don’t hate it, and would choose it over the Beef Stew, but I don’t love microwaved leftovers. And I didn’t even use a microwave!
