Sent me a damaged 2018 Model
After a delay in shipping, which I understand because of Covid, the item arrived very well packaged. Doubled boxed with protective cushioning. Unfortunately it arrived with a torn gasket in the shower hose quick disconnect rendering the unit useless. Customer service response was/is very slow. I gave up and called the manufacturer directly. Learned that the item I bought in late 2020 is actually an item made in 2018. The hot water heater charges quickly and heats water very quickly. I like that the battery is easily accessible. This makes it possible to have the battery on a battery tender when not in use to preserve its life. The carrying case fits everything perfectly. The unit is very easy to set up and get running. Just wish it had been a newer model and didn't arrive with a damaged part which makes it unusable.
