Most Helpful Positive Review Great Ammo Can

This MTM Ammo Can in 50 Cal size is Great. There are always firearm enthusiast that tend to dismiss this type of ammo can, they only want to use the military metal cans. I have owned that type before and yes they can take a beating. The down side with those metal cans is there weight, even more so when the are full of ammo. The reason I changed to the MTM ammo can type is that I have back nerve damage and torn meniscus in my left knee. Great Ammo/Storage Can

These ammo/storage cans are fantastic. They are light but strong. They seal well so you can lock them and the carry handle is sturdy. Finding them in black plastic is also a plus.

Great Case

These are great ammo cans for a great prices! Durable and can hold a good amount. I was able to fit 1000 loose rounds of .223 and still had space for another few hundred. Bought two and will be getting many more for ammo and other items.

Awesome ammo cans.

Ive been using these to store my ammo for several years now. Ive never had one break or had and water or dust getting inside. The best part is you can lock them without having to drill a hole and buy a locking kits like you do with metal cans. These dont warp or rust like metal cans do. I think i have roughly 12 of these and if i need more MTM is what ill always buy unless ammo is coming in a metal can already. Ive ordered ammo 2x that already came in the metal ammo cans, one a 30mm can and the other a 50mm can. I had to spend an additional $10 per can for just the locking kits.

Very nice boxes!

MTM has made some of the best boxes for a long time. These are no different and the individual 100 rounds cases stack inside this 50 cal version really nicely. You can't beat them for the money and Optics Planet always fast service and free shipping with right size orders! Thanks.

The MTM 50 caliber ammo box is my preferred ammo case. The 50 cal size box accommodates the widest variety of my factory and remanufactured ammo. Also this box is the easiest to use when carrying ammo to the range. The latches work great and the case is easy to place a lock on it.

Great Can Great Price

Received my can in the mail and was not surprised. Emptied 500 rounds of ammo into it and took to the range. The seal on the rim seems as though it will hold up. Also a great brass collector for those that reload.

Strong ammo cans

This MTM Ammo Can, 50 Caliber is very strong and with a o-ring seals great when shut, also has two nice lead snap locks. I Trust the lead to stay shut with 500 rounds of ammo in the MTM. I ordered 6 and will order more, the cans also stack very nice.
