I returned this Scope for an Exchange. When I tried to put it on my .204 Savage it wouldn't fit in the factory set scope rings. My rings have 5 1/2 inches between them. Great scope. German reticle.

Excellent all-around scope. Good for target, hunting and tactical applications. I have it mounted on a long/heavy-barrel .223 varmint rifle. Works perfectly for long distance shooting. The red dot comes in handy in low light situations. Love the German reticle!
Pros:
  • Clear optics. Good red dot
Cons:
  • Red dot doesn't work well in bright light.

  • Tarrget, hunting, tactical

Mueller sport dot

Love this mueller red dot scope it's my second one. Fixing to order a third one for my son. Even had the tactical one. I would definitely recommend to any of my buds. Put ot thus way i already got rid of two vortex scopes for these mueller optic scopes. My personal favorite is the 4-16×50 illuminated sport dot. So yry one out hecj try two. Lol

Mueller 4-16x50 Sport Dot

This is my second Mueller and I'm pleasantly surprised. For me it's all about the reticle and I love it. The scope is clear, the dot is very visible and the eye relief at 16x is far superior to my Vortex Diamondback at 12x. Mounted to CZ455 Varmint thumbhole with BKL high rings. CZ medium rings were a bit low but BKL mediums would probably be the best option.

Awesome bang for your buck

Have two Muellers and about to buy a third. Have this strapped to my 243 and it performs brilliantly at the range or in the field. Excellent clarity through the lens and rock solid even when shooting some heavier 243 loads. I don't hesitate in recommending any of the Mueller products, get all the high end features in a moderately priced product. Optics Planet are also a pleasure to deal with for any overseas buyer. Will be back for more shortly.

Defective

I have 2 Mueller scopes and so bought another for my AR, it turns out the 3rd one was a defective one, got parallax error and have to send it back to Mueller for repair/replacement, very disappointed!

A nice scope for the money. Mine is mounted to a 10/22 and I'm very happy with it. The glass quality is better than expected and the scope feels very solid.

Mueller 4x16 Sport Dot--very nice scope

This is my second Mueller 4x16 Sport Dot. I love these scopes, great at the range and very good for deer in most hunting in most situations. I am not likely to go back to the big names in scopes.
Pros: bright optics, easy to adjust power ring, price
Cons: adds some weight to rifle, but not excessive

Outstanding scope especially for the price. This is the second Mueller I have bought. Great quality, Oustanding light transmition during low light conditions, Exceptional value. Love the adjustable red dot in the center of the scope.

This scope rocks. Gave as gift to my son for his 7 mag. The next one is going on my 340wby. Excellent accuracy, light gathering, and just plain great fun. When I purchased as gift the price was even less but I don't care about a few more $, I have to have one. And don't get me wrong, I am replacing a high quality 3x9x40mm scope on the mark5. A bit of extra power and the red dot is tons of fun. Great clarity and a bit more light gathering
Pros: cost, features, clarity, and light gathering
Cons: cant find any
