Excellent Daypack
Very well thought out and versatile design both inside and out. The bag can be opened from the top, the middle like a duffle, or the top peels off for rapid access. The interior has many useful pockets and includes slots to carry documents and/or a laptop which is protected by a rigid shell. Excelle...

Well made but not worth it
The stitching is great. Very well made over all. But it’s too big not to have a proper waist strap. The thin nylon webbing just doesn’t cut it with this pack full. Also it feels terrible with a plate carrier.
Best EDC/Daypack/2 night overnight bag ever!
Extremely versatile! Super comfortable, holds and disperses the load really well. Right balance of durability and weight. Holds way more than expected, and in a very useful and innovative way. Fabulous design! I now want all my bags to be Mystery Ranch! At this point I've only had the bag about two weeks but have used it on 2 away trips(1 week long: support to my duffle, 1 - 3 day: was all the bag I needed for: clothes, dopp kit, laptop, tablet, all my edc, all my tech wires & blocks, a water bottle and thermos, file folders, crocs strapped to outside, and more...) and 3 day long outings and it did not disappoint in any area!

Nice Medium Sized Pack
Not too big and not too small. Well made and thought out. The Y zipper arrangement is useful. It is a bit hard to pull through the main intersection of all three zippers. Tripod fits in side pocket and strap. Using it for NRL Hunter.

Good bag, but significant tri-zip friction and large for EDC unless compressed
There are a lot of things to like about the bag, but the biggest cons are the significant friction when pulling on the top tri-zip section as Mystery Ranch engineered (for example the Gallagator with thinner zippers without weather protection is a breeze to open). However, lubricating the trizip zippers can help. Even a small amount of interior MOLLE (such as on the ASAP) or hook&loop would be useful for mounting internal pouches since the bag has no internal organization aside from the top zippered pockets of the bag (which I prefer). Aside from those things, the bag is very comfortable, can be compressed using the dual compression straps enough that it's not too bulky for an EDC bag, and is very versatile.
