I've bought 3-4 of these VISM cases at this point. Ideal for most AR carbine and pistols. Short length makes transport and storage easy, tough enough to reliably keep firearms safe inside.
Magazine storage on the front is handy for range trips.
Overall, hard to go wrong.
Just make sure you keep length in mind. Anything longer than a 16" barrel AR with a collapsible stock may not fit.
Works great with my AUG though!
