Bought this red dot to use on my 22 target pistol, love all the features, quality built, great release mechanism, solid metal frame, etc. Took it to the range on a sunny day and the red dot reticle was completely washed out. Point the barrel at a shady spot, and the red dot is on, but not bright enough to see on a white or black target in the sun. So disappointed. Might be good for an indoor range or on a really cloudy day.
