Most Helpful Negative Review NOT for PSAK47 GF3!
Hidden within the GF3 PSAK47 there is a rivet head that, in some cases like mine, prevents full insertion of the cleaning rod. Worked for PSA AK47 GF3

I had to use a grinder to file down the threaded end to a sharp point to get past the rivet in the PSA AK. Nothing at fault for the cleaning rod or the gun really, just had to make it work, and it worked!

Review Correction

Review Correction. Cleaning rod fits. Just have to bend it slightly. To fit. Disregard my 1 star review. Its worth getting. PSA Gen 47 16in. May have to loose lower Handguard to fit. There will be a loose fit, but it will fit prefect.

  • Will not come out easily
Cons:
  • Loose fit riddle
  • Slight bend for fitting but not noticeable

  • Standard 16in Ak47
  • PSAK47 Gen3

Not For AK47 but Only SKS

Length is 18inches not 15.8. This is for sks only not Ak47/74 change the description to Sks cleaning rod. This is not for ak47. Only use for sks 20 inche rifles. Please shorten the review character. K.I.S.S

PSA GF3 AK47

I read many reviews that this didn’t fit the PSA GF3 AK47…..it fit mine. Took a slight push and a bend but I was able to get it seated properly with no modifications. It was a little rusted/dirty but a quick scrub and wipe down fixed it. Not bad for $3.

Just a hair too long

It is just a bit too long, long enough that it does not fit on my Bulgarian rifle. But very cheap, so if you buy it, expect to do some trimming. But other than that, it is a pretty sturdy cleaning rod

Poorman’s cleaning rod

It’s a hair too long (about 5/16”) but for the price Ill just trim it with a dremel cutoff wheel. Its sturdy and has very little flex. Overall Id say that if youre on a budget, go for this one and put in some work. If you have more than $10 to play with then go with any other brand.

amazine cleaning rod A+

Cleaning rod arrived in a nice plastic sleeve. Pulled it out and was amazed with the high quality, it almost smelled Russian although being domestically produced. Has cleaned my rifle many times without failure.

Did not fit mt PSAK47.

Would not fit my PSAK47. It is just a tad too long... Will try and cut off some material. Other than that I guess it is fine. Hope it fits yours. For the price it’s worth a shot. Give it a shot. Got it for about two bucks.
