Ed's Review of VISM AR15 Bolt Catch Lever Tool
When I received this punch I saw an American flag on the front and rear of the package insert and I thought wow, Made In The USA. Took the punch and lower guard protector out and looked at them.
The punch is made with some cheap bar stock metal and the tip is so small that it's gonna drive right through the center of the roll pin or break off. I thought this would be an actual roll pin punch but there is no dimple on the end. The Lower receiver guard seems to be made well. If this came with a quality punch it would be a fantastic tool.
I took another look at the packaging and where the flag is it says "Designed In The USA" so it explains a lot on why the punch is made so crudely it is made from some Chinesium steel.
