Andy's Review of VISM AR15 Bolt Catch Lever Tool
I purchased the VISM Bolt Catch. Looked like a neat concept. I’ve gotten pretty good with driving the pins in without scratching or marring the side of the receiver, but I figured this couldn’t hurt.
Issue I had is I can fit any of my starter punches into the VISM tool. Couldn’t fit any punches in besides the one provided. So I had to use the provided punch. And the tip on that was so slender that it drove through the pin. Didn’t work out like I thought it would.
I would just stick with tape and the Real Avid tools.
