Most Helpful Negative Review buyer be ware
Tried to install this as a “drop in” on a Sig Sauer M400 enhanced and it does not fit at all. The front does not fit the hand part cap and the bottom will not seat in the delta ring. I would not recommend at all.

Very nice looking hand gard

I have a palmetto state armory 15 multi AR 15 (M4 carbine) originally all black and I've been adding FDE color little at a time. I bought this NcSTAR AR15 carbine length quad rail aluminum machined FDE hand gard to replace my stock black 6 3/4"poly hand gard.Not only does this add FDE color but now I have rails for other accessories. This is a quality machined 2 piece hand gard that fits together with precision. Bad A$$ looking addition for under$50!! Nice looking FDE finish. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a struggle to install but I also removed the old two piece hand gard and installed the new 2 piece hand gard with my hands because I didn't have a removal tool

Works On Palmetto State AR Rifles

I purchased this to replace the standard plain handguard on my M4 Phosphate 5.56 Nato Carbine Rifle. It was a tight fit and the rail is very strong and rough but it fits. If you need picatinny rails on your handguard buy this.

Good for a budget build

I decided to try this quad rail out for a budget build, and for my purposes it seems to do the job. Installation is a bit of a pain, but once it's on and screwed together it feels solid. Cuts under the top rail were perfect for zip tying a tape switch onto. Only complaints were the install, the finish isn't the most durable, and the screws are a bit long and protrude out the bottom a little, but I'm sure they won't get in the way. Overall this is a decent inexpensive rail that I won't mind beating up on my carbine.

Cons:
  • Tricky to install, finish isn't very durable
