This thing does one thing well; it holds the lower and the buffer tube while you torque the castle nut...that's all. Keeps it straight
Really like this. It will hold the buffer tube and lower exactly how you put it in the jig, so make sure it is exactly straight.

No More Crooked Buffer Tubes
This thing keeps your buffer tube straight while you torque it down. It would also hold the lower receiver to install the trigger, take down pins, safety and mag release. Like it a lot.

Vise lower receiver, vice block
I have seen previous videos on this, that some units had some issues on grip alignment hole issues. In my case I used it on a Faxon lower it was flawless easy to use and for the price very well worth it. The alignment with buffer tube and lower was perfect.

Looks as advertised
I just got the vise, looks like it will do the job for buffer tube installation. I have not used it yet, 5 stars is for optics planet sending me the product quickly. Thanks. Since I haven't used it I can't recommend nor not recommend the vise. The review is forcing me to recommend or not before I can submit it so I'll say no and now you know why.

Good Tool - Good Price
Super useful tool. Not essential by any means, but very nice to have if you are going to use it. Makes proper alignment, torquing, and staking a breeze.
Product could be significantly improved by adding some type of retention for the loose screw and hex key which come with it - but I really can’t complain at this price point.

This thing is a champ. Installing/Removing buffers. Staking castle nuts. It does an awesome job. Takes a bit of time to set up but once it is it’s rock solid
