Rubber Malot!!!!! FDE Color!!!!!
Upper was fine and easy to install!!!!! The lower took a rubber malot to tap into place. To take the lower handguard off, I have to use a flathead screwdriver & a rubber malot again!!!! I foresee the lower handguard twisting and flexing due to the barrel of AK47s, AKMs, & AK74s being free float barrel designed rifles!!!! Other than that, the handguards look nice for my Desert Storm edition AKM!!!!!
Not true MLOK compatible
The handguard is fine for a vented handguard, but it will not fit 99% of mlok products due to the thickness of the material and the positioning of the holes. Also, this model does not have a heat shield so your hand gets cooked after the first dozen rounds. Not a serious use product.

AK handguard
Just installed the VISM M-LOK handguard on my AK. I had to do a little customizing for a proper fit but it is solid and looks great. Now I just need to go to the range and test it out.
