Most Helpful Negative Review OK for 22, light for a high power rifle
Compared to most mounts, it's a little flimsy for a rifle that has a lot of recoil, but ok for a 22.

why pay high dollar for scope rings.these work just fine.i use these rings to secure flash lights to all my long guns (shotguns) (sks) and my ar15.use a little loctite and you will never have a problem.works great to secure one inch scopes too.

good rings at good price

by Ross, from MI, United States Written on June 10, 2015
I had to have these rings as my rifle already had them on it and I broke one of them. I initially tried other rings, but they just didn't work right given the custom nature of the rifle, stock, and scope combination. I found the exact ones on the website and it saved the day. Now I have an extra one "just in case". Thank you.

Don't waste your money

by Legacy Reviewer, from KY, United States Written on February 5, 2014
Look elsewhere. They're cheap for a reason. I've bought tasco rings from wally world that were way better. When I tightened them down on my 10/22 rail, they sat crooked.
Pros: Price
Cons: Mount crooked

Not too shabby

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on April 30, 2013
They work great as long as you don't torque them down. Everyone has complained about the stripping issue and it is true you can strip the threads without applying excessive torque. Great for rimfire or low recoil.
Pros: cheap
Cons: you get what you pay for

Good value

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on April 12, 2012
Overall, great rings for $6. Only issue I had was that the clamp screws would loosen after a couple hundred shots (.22lr). Just make sure to check those often, and then put a little bit of threadlock on the ring screws, you'll be fine.
Pros: Solid, no issues with construction
Cons: Rail clamp screws can come loose

NcSTAR Scope Ring - 1" Weaver Ring-black RB01

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from TN, United States Written on January 25, 2012
Using over rear sight of Mosin Nagant to hold NcStar LER scope. Holds good so far(300 rounds), no movement. Fairly easy to take off and on.
Pros: Holds good under heavy 7.62x54R recoil
Cons: Wish it was quick release

As usual NC Star delivers value with acceptable quality I would want something beefier on a magnumrifle but for a mid cal these are fine
