why pay high dollar for scope rings.these work just fine.i use these rings to secure flash lights to all my long guns (shotguns) (sks) and my ar15.use a little loctite and you will never have a problem.works great to secure one inch scopes too.

I had to have these rings as my rifle already had them on it and I broke one of them. I initially tried other rings, but they just didn't work right given the custom nature of the rifle, stock, and scope combination. I found the exact ones on the website and it saved the day. Now I have an extra one "just in case". Thank you.

Look elsewhere. They're cheap for a reason. I've bought tasco rings from wally world that were way better. When I tightened them down on my 10/22 rail, they sat crooked.
Pros: Price
Cons: Mount crooked

They work great as long as you don't torque them down. Everyone has complained about the stripping issue and it is true you can strip the threads without applying excessive torque. Great for rimfire or low recoil.
Pros: cheap
Cons: you get what you pay for

Overall, great rings for $6. Only issue I had was that the clamp screws would loosen after a couple hundred shots (.22lr). Just make sure to check those often, and then put a little bit of threadlock on the ring screws, you'll be fine.
Pros: Solid, no issues with construction
Cons: Rail clamp screws can come loose

Using over rear sight of Mosin Nagant to hold NcStar LER scope. Holds good so far(300 rounds), no movement. Fairly easy to take off and on.
Pros: Holds good under heavy 7.62x54R recoil
Cons: Wish it was quick release
