First of all i ordered the High and got the low ones then i was missing one screw and finally i had the same problems that the first reviewer had probably got his returns. Not happy
Pros: NONE
Cons: threads, one screw missing, over all cheap product

not a good item for my purpose

i had to send it back twice to get one that would hold a scope. the threads the first time were to short to hold and the second one stripped out with less then 10# of torque on the cap screws.
