Once I got it set up, it was easy as pie to remove sights from 2 slides and put 1 on the other. I'm definitely going to mount this to a piece of 1x6 or 1x8 to stability.  Great tool for the price. Highly recommend to anyone. After doing 3 or 4 sights yourself that you got cheaper on the internet than any local shop(even though most do it for free if you buy the sights from them), it'll pay off.  Thanks again NcSTAR. Please include a paper copy of the instructions next time.
