The only reason it gets 3 stars is because it does not fit my intended purpose. I bought to mount to my weapon. The biggest issue I have is the glow in the dark ring around the bulb. After a second of the light being on, the ring glows pretty bright, big old "Here I am" even with the light out. Other than a weapon mount, it's a good light and I'd give another star and recommend it.
