Next Level Armament AR10 Firing Retaining Pin

This is the retaining pin to use. Those cotter pin styles are not a good choice.. The cotter pin will eventually bend and punch a hole in your primer.. Not something you want to happen. Be safe use a solid pin.

Product is beefier than stock AR10 firing pin retaining pins. This one sits deeper and has functioned flawlessly so far. Good upgrade for your AR10 BCG.

Haven't used it that long but it held up

I've broken three Cotter pin type firing pin pins and then I bought two of these just in case went to the range the other day with one put in. 70 rounds no problems I haven't disassembled the bolt to take a look at it but all the Cotter pins were bent I kind of doubt this one got bent. I will report Further if I have any problems
