This is a well-made spring plate (higher-quality than ALL of the OEM variations) and will work with ANY generation MCX recoil assembly. I assume it's marketed as, "Legacy only," because the only recoil assembly that shipped unpinned were Legacy (Gen 1) recoil assembly.
This is also a much cheaper option than buying from SIG as SIG only sells the spring plates as part of an assembly for $100.
