The machining on the one I received is immaculate inside and out with a very smooth, even finish. No marks to be found. It's logoed nla and not the gear logo shown. It's always nice to find a bolt carrier that has attention to detail on all surfaces and not just the functional ones. Does it matter? ...

Most Helpful Negative Review Gas key not staked
Everything looks well done… except for the complete lack of staking on the gas key. It is just a dent on the side of the key with no incidence on the gas key bolts.

Just wanted to say im on my 5th NLX DLC bcg... im spoiled.. the thing runs in anything and will keep running.
Pros:
  • Everything. Especially the price point.
Cons:
  • cant find any
Best Used for:
  • Rifles with .780 gas block , adjustable or not.

Next level armament DLC bcg

I love these bcg’s and own 4 of them. The carrier, bolt, cam pin, and firing pin are all dlc coated. The machining is fabulous and the raised boss helps with accuracy because the bcg fits more snuggly in the upper. The only complaint I have is 3 out of 4 of my carriers is missing some of the dlc coating in the 3 bore, hasn’t caused any probs though.

Happy mistakes.

This BCG was a steal! Im thinking someone made a mistake engraving the DLC BCG'S with NLX instead of the gear logo. Hope they still have a job because this is gold for us! Getting 3 more! Lol. Thanks optics planet and NLX for the deal. Go easy on the new guys.
Pros:
  • Absolutely solid. Extremely well built. Super easy to clean. Price,so far.
Cons:
  • Wrong logo .. lol. That's it. And, the gas key screws could have been a little more "bitten" in.
Best Used for:
  • ar 15
  • 16" , 18" and 20" Rifles with H2, H3 buffer and blue or higher spring co tactical

Pleased with this carrier. Good machine work. Gas key is solid. Runs like a dream. I will be getting 4 or 5 more soon.
