Nightforce Scopes definitely are quality. Very clear and tracked well . My first Night force purchase and I am very satisfied .I have tried other scopes but this is by far the best I have ever owned .

This is my 7th. NightForce scope and it's awesome for midrange varmint blasting. NightForce products are like driving a high end sports car. The more and harder you drive the more you like.

This scope rocks. It does not have the adjustment as the ATAC-R's 34mm tube but is just as clear. Worth every penny in value and customer service.

Very clear glass and everything works and adjust like you would expect from a KnightForce scope. Mounted on a Bergara Squared Crest 6.5 Creedmoor with KnightForce 6 screw medium rings.

This is hands down the best score I've ever had and the quality is phenomenal. I also got the gunwerks b4 ranger finder. This makes 1000 yrd shots very doable.. thanks to Opticsplanet

MOAR FFP NX8 4-32 x 50

Overall pretty happy - turrets are great with tactile click. Return to zero adjustment is straightforward. Would like the manual to be a little more detailed to describe some of the distance markings on the elevation turret, and how to adjust the RTZ to sync up with the zero at whatever distance you choose to zero at. I might call nightforce to ask for clarification on this.
Pros:
  • Glass is good, but i am not an expert connoisseur on glass
Cons:
  • Beware, the illuminated reticle may turn on with recoil. When this happened to me I looked online and found out this happens to some owners. This is frustrating given the price. Feels like a $2,300 piece should operate flawlessly. Could be a distraction o
Best Used for:
  • Hunting - first focal plane is nice because you do not have to adjust your calculations at different distance. The holdover is the same regardless of magnification
