Great scope! BUT. NF hired this one out to MEOPTA!! You can get the exact scope glass included for about $1000 less if you get the one with MEOPTA badging. almost perfect
The TS-82 has great power with awesome clarity. A very nice spotting scope I can't wait to use it for elk this season. The only draw back on the scope itself is the cover on the eye relief. It will fall off very easily and you could end up losing it quickly in the field. I would think for the money you spend on this they could make something to stay on a little better. At this point I have not used it much. However I know I can see the color of a squirrels eyes at 200 yards.

Fantastic viewing
Crystal clear and extremely powerful spotting scope. I hooked my iphone up to it and was able to take great game photos from several hundred yards. Works well is bright as well as reduced light situations. The only knock on it is that, due to its extreme power, it must be mated to a smooth working tripod.

Best I have had
This is the best scope I have had out of five others.. It is the clearest and easiest to focuses of them that I have had or looked at, at any price range..
The only thing I can say is bad is the cheap front lens cover that comes with it..
If it had a better lens cover I would give it a ten stars not five but it gets only four cause of the lens cover..

Top of its class
I bought this spotting scope a few months back and Its amazing! I was just on a moose hunt in BC and we went up high to glass. The clarity was first class. Well worth the money and the last spotting scope I'll be buying.
