It Came Apart after 20 shots

I really wanted to like this Red Dot. I took it today while testing a 9mm AR pistol. It seems solid, has great glass was easy to adjust, held the zero well. But not even after 20 rounds the reticle red/green knob became loose with no way to put it back. Very disappointing, and thanks for backup iron sights. Manufacturers should know that if you make something related to firearms it should meet a stricter standard since lives might be at stake.

Nikko Stirling NS533

Bought for my newly purchased Ruger PC9. I had rented and fired the Ruger with a red dot (another brand) at the range a few times and really liked the combination. I had never used a red dot before and liked the improved accuracy, considering my 84 year old personal optics, The NS sight is easy to mount and adjust, it is very accurate and the sight works well on rapid fire. Green/Red color options are nice to have when using a red laser bore sight. Multiple reticles and variable intensity are useful to accommodate bright/dim lighting conditions Highly recommend this Red Dot.
