Good optics for the price

Distorted slightly at edge of field of view. Most women and kids will not be able to use these. The pliars that were supplied with mine work great and are compact. Nice free touch. Purchased from a different company at a better price.
Pros: Very good resolution and color for most of field of view
Cons: Too wide for my eyes, cheap lens covers, no strap for included case

Great Value

We had 'cheap' bionocs for our bird watching for years...we just didn't know how crappy they were. A friend let us look through his Nikon's, and the difference was like an old 19" tube TV vs. a 60" HDTV!
I have just ordered a 2nd pair of Nikon binocs, as neither of us wants to use the old cheapos!

just about right

Nikon usually makes a good product and this is no exception. I wanted a good 10x binocular and Nikon delivered. It's a little heavy to take out to the field but they are just fine from a fixed location.
Pros: nice clear image, easy to handle
Cons: a little on the heavy side
