Alaskaone - Nikon Action Extreme 16x50mm Waterproof Porro Prism Binocular

I have had two pair of the Action Extreme 16X50. Both pair have developed problems in the first year. I was luck on the first pair, it was in the first thiry days and the store took them back. The second pair was seven months and NIKON WOULD NOT WARRANTY THEM. SO MUCH FOR A "NO FAULT REPLACEMENT/REPAIR POLICY" (PRINTED RIGHT ON THE BOX). SO MUCH FOR A "25 YEAR WARRANTY" THAT DOES NOT COVER LENSES ON THE INTERIOR OF THE SEALED BINO COMING LOOSE AND FLOPPING AROUND.
