Great for bird watching - Nikon Action Extreme 8x40mm Waterproof Porro Prism Binocular

Easy to operate, light weight, good value and good optics. The kind of quality you would expect from Nikon. Great for bird watching or sporting events. I took these binoculars with me on a day hike and really enjoyed them. They allowed me to stand off at a good distance and still observe the wildlife without disturbing them.
