I needed to low mount a scope on my Ruger American. I purchased these due to the price and wanting to try vertical split rings. The height was perfect for the 2-7x32AO scope I mounted. Make sure you have a torque driver to set them properly. I failed to do so the first time and they worked their way loose after 30 rounds. After proper torquing and a re-zero, I have had no problems after 100 rounds. 4 stars only because I prefer steel rings, but these are great for a rifle that will not abuse them.

Quality Scope Rings

by Jsal, from IN, United States Written on January 4, 2021
I only recommend Nikon scope rings. They are high quality material and are built to last. Make sure the correct height is used for your rifle as these were a little too low for my scope but I’ll put them to good use

Best rings available.

by BigE, from AL, United States Written on March 21, 2020
These rings are the perfect setup for light weight hunting rifles. Rugged and dependable I installed these on my 22” 7mm-08 and could not be happier. Solid lock down and a constant zero with the rifle.
Pros:
  • Light weight and rock solid
