The Nikon name has always been good in my opinion for optical glass. These binoculars are a little on the heavy side for field use but I am using them for range spotting and they work well. Came with spots on inside of left lens. Had to return, still waiting for repaired item to come back. Pros: Good clear vision, even at high magnification. Cons: Lousy Quality Control

Nikon Aculon A211 10X50mm

These work great, I can see images a lot better. We view deer and other wildlife behind my house everyday. These have helped spot deer, hogs, coyotes and others as well. It is about 200 yard from the house to the wood line and this lets us see down there.

  • Viewing animals / hunting

Nikon Aculon Binoculars 10-22x50

These binoculars far exceeded my expectations. Very well worth the money spent. Crystal clear and good magnification. The zoom feature which increases magnification from 10-22 is a very nice feature. I mounted them on a tripod and they are rarely used for carry purposes outside so I cannot speak for their durability. I would definitely purchase again.

Don't buy the "demo" refurbished versions

Lousy power adjustment lever, stiff & doesn't reflect changes to power correctly... Glass is otherwise otherwise clear. Doesn't come with the regular great Nikon warranty, so caveat emptor. Pop for a new pair of your intent on getting a pair of these. See pros and cons

  • Lousy power adjustment

Excellent optics for the money...........

I've tried many other brands of binoculars, but these are by far the brightest, most versatile, without a doubt. My primary use is at the range, and they fit the bill very nicely. Plus, Optics Planet had a very good price on them.

Very pleased with Binoculars. Very good clarity at 10-16 zoom. Higher zoom levels ok. Was not pleased with the eye piece protector cover as they do not fit snug and pop loose when I fold binocular to place in case. I bought this binocular for deer stand hunting.

this is a great pair of Binoculars ...the zoom makes it... i use them for antelope hunting and i can see them first!!
this is my second set the first burned in a house fire .. and they were so good i had to replace with the same
