Money well spent - Nikon FX1000 6-24x50SF Rifle Scope w/ Illuminated Reticle

After countless hours of research on optics for my new rifle build I decided to try Nikons new offering. I’m glad I did. The features and quality of this scope far outweigh it’s price tag. I zeroed my rifle at 100 yds. I then plugged all my info into the JBM calculator dialed the supplied corrections at 380 yds and perfect poi. Did the same at 500yds again perfect poi. I had intentions of shooting a couple boxes of Ammo but only shot one. I was drilling the steel every shot. The turret clicks are not as pronounced as I had hoped. When dialing 1 click it’s easy to accidentally get 2. However, they get the job done. I’m new to precision shooting and haven’t had the opportunity to use higher end scopes but this thing is day and night better than Bushnell and Leupold hunting scopes I have extensive experience with. Time will tell about the durability but so far I believe it’s a winner.
