Had the scope about a week, long enough to install it on an AR-10 of known accuracy, one moa. Zeroed at 100 yards, and shot the box, top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left, and back to top left. Three rounds were fired at each of the 4 corners with a total of 6 at the top left. MRAD adjustments proved to be accurate and repeatable. This portion of the test was shot at 6 power. Shot the same test at 12 power, then 18, then at 24. Nice glass
I bought this rifle scope for my new AR build; I love long range target shooting so I built my AR trying to see just what a .223 with a 24-inch heavy barrel could do... With this Nikon FX1000 6-24x50SF Rifle Scope w/ Illuminated Reticle it makes 400-yard targets ring like an alarm clock lol. I am very happy with it. Crystal clear optic, & I wouldn’t expect nothing less from Nikon. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to stretch that shot a little bit longer. Optics Plants price was quite a savings too... You will not regret putting it in your shopping cart or on your rifle....

Best Scope that I have ever owned! Killed 3 deer last year. One shot; one kill! I would recommend this scope to all deer hunters.

Great sight at reasonable cost
A lot of goodies came with this scope. With this purchase, I received the sun shade and cleaning cloth. Not big items, but saved about $40 if purchase separately. The instructions that came with the scope clearly step you through the features so you can get full utilization of the product. The sample method for range estimation is easy to follow and very clear. The illumination level or the reticule is easily changed, and helps in different light conditions.

Fantastic glass, with some quirks
This is a fantastic scope glass wize, but for the price I was dissapointed for a couple reasons. A 500 dollar scope should not have any slop what so ever in it's illumination knob. Mine does. And the picture is Crystal clear and bright until you start getting out past x18. After that not so much. Again 500 dollar scope no no. Other than that the scope is fantastic. The target turrets and adjustable objective are very crisp and precise. Holds zero no problem with my 308. Also love the sunshade that came with it. And there you have it. My honest review.

Excellent Scope
In my 50+ years of hunting this is by far the best scope I have ever owned. I really like the Mil reticle with the MRAD turrets! Makes the scope easy to adjust for windage and elevation. Glass is very clear, gathers a lot of light for low light conditions. The lighted reticle is awesome as it has an off position between each setting. The front focal plane work great! This is my go to scope. I now own 2 of the FX-1000 in 4-16 and 4 FX-1000's in 6-24. My favorite go to hunting rifles all have FX-1000's on them. At $200 off you especially can't go wrong!

Nikon FX1000 6-24x50SF Riflescope w/ Illuminated Reticle
Nikon have produced an amazing scope, with a budget price tag. Crazy accurate straight out of the box, with the correct mounts this scope can help you shoot from 1m to 1500m with as little as some match grade ammo and a range capable of its length. The eye relief is amazing, and the clarity at long range was far better than I could ever imagine. I have owned Swarovski, Schmidt and Bender, and many other high end scopes with a price tag 4 times what I paid for this, and I believe the Nikon matches or exceeds them in this offering.

Well made scope very clear glass with luminated radical Able to find target In low light conditions Great parallax Calibration, Elevation and windage turrents Very crisp 0 stop works perfectly Looks very nice on my Remington 700 Police rifle .308 24" barrel Very good pricing through optics planet, Will continue to purchase products From this Company.

Nikon fx1000 6-24 illuminated
First experience with a ffp scope and i like it for huntimg applications for a faster worry free shot because you dont have to have your scope at full magnification for reticle to be accurate. Scope is of good quality and I got it at a good price when it was on sale

My favorite scope
Have the 4x16 model on a Wilson AR and wanted to get the longer version for my 6.5 creedmoor. It is exceptional! The glass quality is spectacular even to those who are accustomed to higher end glass. For the money these scopes are really hard to beat and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another in the future.

I MOUNTED THIS SCOPE ON A TIKKA TAC 3 RIFLE.THE GLASS IS AS CLEAR AS MY ZEISS 5-25 VARMINT SCOPE BDC THAT LISTS FOR 1299.00.I WAS SHOOTING LESS THAN 1MOA ALL DAY LONG WITH THIS SCOPE.THE MOA RETICLE IS GREAT FOR QUICK SHOTS.THE TURRETS ARE PRECISE.BUY ONE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
