Didnt hold zero but they are exchanging it - Nikon Force XR 2.5-8X28mm Pistolscope

I like Nikon's scopes for the quality you get for a desent price, and out of all the Nikon's I've had this is the only one that hasn't held zero. I put it on my new s&w 460 mag 14" using Nikon's p series rings and began to sight it in with 45 long colt ammo, it didnt take long to realise I was chasing my tail. I thought mabie the rings weren't tight and I checked them and they were fine so thought mabie the ammo was just very inconsistent and tryed a couple rounds of 454 with the same results. I then shot afue rounds using the steel sights and they were all with in a inch of each other. I really like how clear the scope is and the bdc reticle is great and the scope looks great on the gun. So I called OpticsPlanet And the rep was very nice and sent a email with the returns link and printed out the lable to ship it back to exchange on their dime. I did half to buy a box from ups because I had already thrown the one it came in away so I'd recommend keeping the shipping box untell ur sure there are no issues but not a big deal. Its only been afue days since I shipped it back so I haven't got the new one yet but when I do I'll review it agian with the results. Thanks
