Julian's Review of Nikon M-Series 30mm Optics Mount
I have 5 of the 1" mounts and this 30mm mount on my AR's. They have all been very solid and given no problem at all. They lock into the picatinny rail and even if you have to remove the mount the zero is retained. Great product for the price, just as solid as steel without the extra weight.
