I was wanting a scope with a large power range. A lot of scopes at the high power are not clear but this Nikon is. It is as clear as some of the high dollar scopes I own. I mounted this scope on an Anschutz 22 rimfire rifle. Zeroing in was a breeze and so far has held it's zero. I'm really surprised this scope doesn't sell for much more money than it does. I am using this rig to squirrel hunt as well as bench rest shoot. Very happy with this scope. B McNutt
