Great optic - poor customer service from nikon - Nikon Monarch 5 10x42 Binoculars

The Binoculars are great, clear, good in low light and I do like the product. But I'm very very disappointed in my dealings with Nikon's customer service. The package did not include eye piece caps. It took Nikon 6 months to ship me a set and they 3mm larger than the eye piece, it does not fit and will not stay in place. Nikon acknowledge the misfit and this a direct quote from them "Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do in the matter"
Pros: Clear optics, great in low light, easy to handle
