Most Helpful Positive Review Didn't fit SCAR
I ordered this scope because of the good reviews and the cheap price for a package. Nice quality overall but the mounts are BASIC. I couldn't get the mounts to fit on my SCAR because they arm'e QD or 2 piece. 5 stars 'cause glass is clear and the description did say "AR style"

Just What the AR10 Needed

Nikon has never disappointed in quality, workmanship or value! The only hiccup I ran into was having an outdated 'droid phone which wouldn't work with the windmeter..... Upgraded phone an happy as a bug in a rug. Sub 1" groups at 200 yards with match ammo on the 24" AR10 was all the proof I needed that the scope was helping my aging eyesight and ne'er a rezero needed even after sitting idle for months at at time.
Optics Planet gets 5 stars as well! Variety, selections and value of the range of products A+++, Great customer service if ever a issue, shipping always a pleasure.

Nikon P-308

This scope came well packaged and was flawless out of the box. The P-series mounts are nice and solid, but took a little bit of lapping to get completely true. One was pretty difficult to slide down the rail of my PSA AR-10 but didn't mark the finish too much. I've only been out with it once and have 75 rounds under it and it seems to be holding up well with a clear FOV and good light.

Easy to order and came in on time. Really nice scope will be great for my new 308. Great quality. The price was great and looks like the scope was made for my 308. Can't wait to get to the range and zero this baby.

Excellent Scope for the Price

This is the first real scope I've ever owned. I wanted one that would fit my budget and because of the Nikon name, I knew I couldn't go wrong with this. I'm still learning about scopes in general but I can tell you the glass is excellent and mounts well on my .308 rifle.
