Rubber cover on power adjustment ring... - Nikon Prostaff 5 2.5-10X40 Rifle Scope - Waterproof Hunting Scope

Never finished sighting it in before the rubber cover on the power adjustment ring loosened to the point where you had to pinch down on the ring to adjust the power. Sent it back, and paid the difference for a Leupold VX2. Probably could have glued the rubber cover down, but wasn't in the mood to deal with a new scope with a problem.
