I have a variety of scopes on various firearms which include Zeiss, Leupold, Sightron, Redfield and Bushnell. The Nikon PROSTAFF 5 3.5-14x40 is a very functional scope and great value for the money. The optics are as clear as any of the high end units I own. I would recommend and buy another one of the Nikon PROSTAFF 5 3.5-14x40 without hesitation.

Prostaff rocks!

I really like the 3.5-14x magnification range. It is great for close range and I can reach out there for longer range. The Nikoplex reticle is simple and perfect for my application, deer hunting.
