Optics on this scope are very bright. After mounting on rifle, sighted in with only 3 shots. Group was under 3/4 ", at 50 yards. Moved out to 100 yards and placed 4 shots in 3" circle. I probably won't be shooting past that distance, due to local area. I bought my son one for his birthday, and he is very satisfied with his. I would recommend this scope to any one wanting a top quality scope at a very reasonable price. I may replace a scope I have on a single shot rifle I have had for 38 years, with a Nikon soon. Very good product.
