Tripod arrived with wrong quick-release plate. Called the 800 number. Would have to send the whole tripod back and wait to hear back. Don't want to do that. Bought a plate locally.
Wouldn't recommend buying one of these unless you see it put together first.
Pros: Seems to be a pretty good tripod
Cons: Came with wrong qick-release plate
Would recommend: No
