These bungee cords are highly adjustable and easy to use. Since they lay flat, they don't get in the way as much as traditional bungee cords. They are a little pricey for what you are getting.

Great Product
This bungee is really strong and can hold anything in place. The only downside is that its straps are large, so if your using it on a small pack to hold a jacket for example, it will look a bit strange.
