In between size dog - Nite Ize Nite Dawg Nylon Dog Collar w/ LED Flash or Glow Illumination

having a black lab during these short days means it is hard to know where she is when I get home and let her out at night. I wanted a dog collar with some kind of LED so I could tell what she was up to. She is right at the the size that an 18 inch collar is just a little too small. This collar was rated at 18 to 27 inches. However to fit a 19 inch neck you need to cut off just about all of the fiberoptics attached to the LED leaving only a very small portion. Probably would be fine for a dog in the larger end of each size range, but not for one at the smaller end.
Cons: little illumination left after cutting down to fit
