EZ to lose them -- they slip off!!!
This is a great little product, not only adds visibility but also holds your pant legs so they don't become "chain food". LED has 2 settings, solid and flashing, which is my preferred mode. They stay bright for a long time, my original one is dimming now but it's at least a couple of years old. CAUTION - while the ingenious wrap-around design is convenient, they tend to fall off your leg while you're riding, I've lost a couple of them this way.

Product would be better with a simple tweak
This is a simple band that is easy to turn on and off, and wraps around anything you want it to. I bought one for my son and one for myself. They can accidentally fall off if you have a thick arm or a bulky coat, but fortunately they are easy to "spot" if they fall off while turned on. There is a hole in one end (for hanging?) and I think the bracelet would be perfect if it had a hole in the opposite end or an alligator clasp to secure the ends together.
