I highly recommend the BlackHawk Locking Carabiners for their design features and overall strength to weight factor. Even though BlackHawk uses Alum instead of steel,I have found the product meets or exceeds my expectations.
Pros: Solid construction, Locking mechanism well designed
Cons: NONE
